The short version

Tabletide is a one-person passion project. We collect only what's needed to make the app work, we don't sell your data, and we don't run ads or trackers.

What we store

  • Account: your email, display name, avatar (if you sign in with Google or Apple), and a Tabletide handle.
  • BoardGameGeek username (optional): so we can sync your collection and plays from your public BGG profile.
  • Your activity: library entries, plays, ratings, notes, photos, polls, and any feedback you submit.

Who can see what

Your library and profile are public by default so other players can see what you own and how you've rated games — you can switch this to private from your settings. Your plays, notes, account details, and feedback always stay private to you. The maker of the app (admin) can read feedback you submit and donation records.

Third parties we rely on

  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication.
  • BoardGameGeek — we fetch public data from your BGG profile when you ask us to.
  • Stripe — only if you donate. Stripe handles the payment; we never see your card details.
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Apple — only if you choose to sign in with Apple. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" option, we'll only ever see the relay address Apple generates for you.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Your controls

You can make your library private from settings, delete plays and library items at any time, and permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Delete account link in the footer (or directly at /account/delete). Deletion is immediate and not recoverable.
